Rules

BowDarts

Setup and turns
  1. Two shooters (or two teams) play head to head.
  2. Shoot for order; the closest arrow to the bullseye shoots first.
  3. Each turn is 3 shots. Shooters alternate turns until the game ends.
  4. The playable numbers are randomly generated by the app. The bullseye is always in play. Any number not generated by the app is a miss.
  5. If playing without the app, the numbers are 15 - 20, and the bullseye.
  6. An arrow scores where its shaft enters the target. An arrow that falls out or bounces off before it is scored counts as a miss.
  7. Arrows splitting two numbers or two sections of a number always go to the number/section most occupied by the arrow shaft. In the case of a true 50/50 split, the split goes in favor of the shooter.
  8. Shooters may close numbers in any order.

Marking and closing numbers
  1. A shooter closes a number with 3 marks, and once closed, that number remains closed for that shooter for the rest of the game.
  2. Any mix that adds up to 3 closes the number: three singles, a double and a            single, or one triple.
  3. After you close a number, further hits on it earn you no marks.
  4. Closing a number does not close it for your opponent. They keep shooting it until   they close it themselves.
  5. You may only close a number by hitting a necessary combo of sections to add up   to a total of three (three singles, a single and double, a triple) If you hit a triple       when you only needed a double, you have busted, and that shot counts towards   your three shots per turn.

The Killshot

The target has two Killshots, one at the top and one at the bottom, and a called hit on either one triggers a sudden-death answer.

  1. Call it. Before releasing, the shooter says out loud "Killshot top" or "Killshot bottom." An uncalled hit, or a hit on the Killshot not called, does not count.
  2. Hit it. If the called Killshot is hit, play stops immediately. Any arrows left in that turn are not shot.
  3. The answer. The opponent gets one arrow at the other Killshot. If the first shooter hit the top, the answer must go to the bottom, and vice versa.
  4. Answer missed. The first Killshot shooter wins the game.
  5. Answer hit. The shooter with more closed numbers at that moment wins. If score is tied, the first Killshot shooter wins.
  6. A called Killshot that misses closes that shooters turn.
Winning the game

      1. The game ends one of two ways: a Killshot sequence, or a shooter closing all                    seven numbers.

  • By Killshot: decided as described in The Killshot above.
  • By closing out: when a shooter closes all seven numbers, the game ends at the end of that turn.

The Hunt

Set up and turns

  1. Two or more shooters play head to head.
  2. Shoot for order. The closest arrow to the bullseye shoots first.
  3. Each turn is one shot. Shooters alternate until the game ends.
  4. The initial shooters begin by calling the number and section they intend to shoot. If that shooters hit their intended target, the opponent must also hit that target.
  5.  If the answering shooter misses the called target, they acquire a letter. If the         answering shooter hits the called target, the turn goes over to the initial shooter   to start the round again.
  6. If the initial shooter does not hit their intended target, the turn goes over to the    next shooter, who then calls their intended shot. This repeats until a shooter hits their intended target.

Winning the game

  1. This is a player elimination game. Whoever misses their answering shots and spells HUNT first, loses.
  2. The last player standing wins.
